About
Simply Amazing LLC
Simply Amazing LLC is a locally owned exterior cleaning company based at 7630 Bay Tree Drive in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The company was founded in 2016 by owner Paul Vanderwood, and it serves Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline and the surrounding Washtenaw County communities. Simply Amazing is a licensed LLC and fully insured.
We do pressure washing and soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and repair, deck cleaning and refinishing, and interior and exterior painting.
Ten Years, Same Owner, Same Phone Number
Paul Vanderwood started Simply Amazing while he was working through a business degree, taking on spring and summer work and learning the trade one job at a time. Since the business was founded, Paul has kept his focus on delivering a Simply Amazing experience for each and every customer.
Ten years later it is still a small operation for a reason. Paul quotes the work and is on site for most of it.
When you call the number on this website, you get the owner, not a scheduler.
112 Five-Star Reviews
We have 112 five-star reviews on Google, and they came from homeowners in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Saline
Most of them mention the same three things:
The work was done properly
The crew was easy to have around
The price was what we said it would be
That is our whole business model. We would rather do fifty jobs well for people who call us again than a hundred jobs quickly for people who never do.
How We Work
01
We tell you the truth about what needs doing
If your siding does not need washing this year, we will say so. If your deck needs a carpenter rather than a refinisher, we will say that too.
02
We match the pressure to the surface
Soft washing on siding, painted wood and anything delicate. Higher pressure only where the surface can genuinely take it.
03
We show up when we say we will
You get a heads up before we arrive, and a call if anything changes.
04
We clean up after every job
Debris is bagged and it leaves with us. Plants get rinsed. Nothing is left in your beds.
05
We walk the job with you
Nothing is finished until you have looked at it.
Where We Work
We are based in Ypsilanti and most of our work is in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and Saline. We also travel to Canton, Dexter, Whitmore Lake, Milan, Chelsea, Manchester, Belleville, Northville, Plymouth and Novi.
