Where We Work
Simply Amazing LLC is based out of Ypsilanti. Most of our work is performed within about twenty minutes of our home base. That means we arrive when we say we will and are not passing on drive time in the price.
Our Primary Service Area
These are the three towns where we do the most work.
Ann Arbor
Our largest service area, from the Old West Side and Burns Park through to the newer subdivisions out toward Dexter. Heavy tree canopy makes Ann Arbor a hard town on gutters and a very good one for algae growth.
Ypsilanti
Home base. Depot Town, Normal Park, College Heights, West Cross and out through Ypsilanti Township. A lot of older frame housing that needs a gentle hand.
Saline
Downtown Saline and the subdivisions around it. Newer housing stock, more vinyl siding, more decks, and more sun exposure than Ann Arbor gets.
