Before and After
Every photo on this page is a real job in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline or another community in Washtenaw County. No stock images, no other company’s work, and nothing from a supplier’s brochure.
Green and black growth on siding is algae, and it comes back darker every year if it is only rinsed off. These are soft wash results, which means the growth was lifted out of the surface rather than blasted away.
Gray, weathered wood is almost never worn out. It is wood that lost its finish and has been absorbing water since. These decks were washed, stripped, dried properly and re-stained.
Concrete holds years of algae, oil and road grime. This is the one surface where higher pressure is the right tool, and the difference is usually the most obvious on the whole property.
Most people never see the inside of their own gutters. This is what we find, and what it looks like once it is cleared, bagged and the downspouts are flushed.
Hard water spotting and winter grime build up slowly enough that most people stop noticing. The difference tends to be clearest from inside the house.
